Design / Install Services

If your a landowner building a new home or a builder, we can help you get the septic design documents for your building permit application and if your a land developer we can help with the septic portion of your land subdivision and perhaps water testing as well.  I don't publish this much, but I do water divining (water witching) on the side too, mostly because its fun for me! 

All designs are compliant to the provincial health authority regulations. We strive for the most reliable and cost effective system, and we put extra effort  to find the soils on your land to support the lowest cost system. 

We install all type 1 , 2, or 3 systems designed by other ROWP's or Engineers. 

We do maintenance and inspection to learn what has and hasn't worked in the past, and all the designs/installs have small extras added to support easier and more thorough maintenance which leads to a more reliable system over time.
